Department Description
The Latin America Channel Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs and tactics across channels in Latin America and the Caribbean to drive demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all regional channel marketing strategy, development programs, and campaigns including digital, content generation, thought leadership initiatives, accountbased, enablement, customer experiences & events, marketing analytics, and channel partner programs.
**Job Description**:
Lead the marketing activities in the region of responsibility Brazil and be responsible for the development and implementation of the channel marketing plan in the territory, in line with the sales teams priorities, including channel sellthrough and sellout programs, demand generation for channel marketers, and brand building programs.
Work closely with the Brazil Channel sales team to generate incremental sales pipeline for existing and new products and services
Direct marketing liaison Channel Sales Director and CSEs Channel Sales Executives
Manage and distribute the territory budget according to the plan
Utilize demand generation tools, resources, and agencies for campaigns and programs and reporting purposes
Create integrated programs and demand generation campaigns in alignment with new product launches, comarketing campaigns, existing product upsell and crosssells, and new market development
Adapt regional content for local use as needed
Develop and deploy incentive campaigns
Review and approve partner use of coop funds
Develop customer case studies to promote portfolio benefits to customers
Plan, develop and track events including trade shows, conferences, anniversaries, industry events, technology days, etc.
Support local distributors and partners with marketing programs and initiatives that grow sales and provide positive ROI
Advise other Marketing team members i.e. Solutions & Product Marketing, Digital Campaigns Marketing, and Lead Management on trends in territory
Study and understand legalregulatory, economic, and any other environmental factors affecting customers in the territory andor influencing their purchasing decisions
Understand the competitive landscape locally & position Motorola Solutions to compete
Support Solutions & Product Marketers wamplification of regional campaigns locally, and major product launches in the territory
Own the relationship with local vendorsassociationsconferences
Aggregate and communicate field marketing activities and status to LACR Channel Marketing Head
Elevate most importantrelevant info to be communicated to senior leadership
Look for commonalities in field marketing processes, activities, etc. to leverage best practices across territories
Basic Requirements
**Qualifications**:
A professional with a full understanding of the area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
Must be selfstarting and selfdriven and demonstrate problemsolving skills
Ability to drive strategic planning and tactical execution.
Business and marketing plan development skills including the definition of objectives, tactics, time schedules, budgets, responsibilities, and measurements
Able to foster relationships with key Motorola leaders and associates as well as key external groups are essential, especially partnering with an enterprise sales team
Strong communication and presentation skills written and oral
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
You are metricdriven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
Marketing degree or similar required
English and spanish level Advanced
