**Descrição da vaga**
- Desenvolver, motivar, treinar e treinar funcionários para atingir maior nível de conhecimento e produtividade na entrega da excelência operacional. Auxiliar na implementação de processos operacionais e desenvolvimento para atender à base do Balance Score Card e às metas estendidas;
- Estabelecer ligação com o Comandante do Navio no que diz respeito ao cumprimento estrito da ordem de viagem para garantir que os navios estejam em todos os aspectos disponíveis e prontos para aceitar as cargas dos afretadores na chegada ao porto de carga / terminais e para garantir a execução ideal da viagem em termos de velocidade, roteamento e consumo de bunker;
- Maximizar a utilização de espaço/peso das cargas com ênfase no tempo de entrega, segurança e economia para aumentar a geração de receitas. Identificar potenciais problemas/problemas durante o manuseio de cargas para garantir a segurança das embarcações, tripulantes e cargas;
- Nomear agentes portuários a tempo de garantir que a preparação adequada seja feita para a próxima escala no porto, garantir que os PDAs sejam postados corretamente e pagos a tempo;
- Coordenar com agentes portuários, terminais e afretadores para facilitar a troca de informações, minimizando atrasos e melhorando o retorno;
- Estabelecer contato com a equipe comercial da PETROBRAS para garantir que as operações tranquilas sejam mantidas em todos os momentos;
- Trabalhar com a equipe comercial da Shipmanagement e da PETROBRAS para evitar todas/todas as avarias/contratações;
- Monitorar e melhorar o desempenho de velocidade e consumo das embarcações;
- Apoiar e liderar compromissos, melhorias no aspecto ambiental/sustentabilidade (EEXI, CII, EU ETS, combustíveis alternativos) dos navios DPST;
- Cumprir as políticas da Empresa e o Código de Conduta e Ética Empresarial (CoBE);
- Capaz de executar responsabilidades de gerenciamento de crises conforme necessário;
- Modelo de trabalho híbrido.
**Perfil desejado**
- Formação na Marinha mercante;
- Experiência comprovada em cargos de liderança Offshore (imediato, Comandante, Chefe de máquinas e etc.);
- Experiência comprovada em cargos de liderança Onshore;
- Familiarizado com regulamentações locais e internacionais, convenções da IMO, principais requisitos de petróleo e melhores práticas de HSSE;
- Conhecimento IMOS (diferencial);
- Experiência com navios tanques (Shuttle Tanker seria um diferencial);
- DP Full (Não é necessário certificado vigente);
- Experiência em Gestão de contratos comerciais;
- Inglês avançado;
- Empreendedorismo;
