TransferRoom is a hyper-growth B2B SaaS business on a mission to change the football transfer market for the better. We do this by empowering football clubs, agents and players to be successful in the transfer market by giving them real-time market intelligence and direct access to a global network of decision-makers.
Since our launch in 2017, clubs have used TransferRoom to facilitate over 3,000 transfers, and we are proud that today over 650 clubs from 60+ countries and 100+ leagues are currently using the platform.
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Colombia to partner with elite level football agencies across the global football landscape and support them with their transfer strategy through our unique platform.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Provide a great on-boarding experience for new football agencies that join TransferRoom.
- Build close relationships with our customers who are senior level decision makers at football agencies.
- Drive maximum usage on our platform and promote participation of your clients at TransferRoom events.
- Go above and beyond to solve customer issues.
- Optimise the activity of your portfolio on the platform to ensure that the overall objectives of all our customers are met during every transfer window.
- Responsible for the feedback loop from customers to our Product and Data teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Retention Team in relation to your clients' renewals - together with the Retention Team it will be your responsibility to ensure your customers don’t churn.
- Nurture relationships with your customers, ensuring their are maximizing their subscription and supporting the Retention team in identifying upgrade opportunities within your scope of customers.
- In partnership with the Finance & Retention teams you will be responsible for your customers experience with payments and billing.
- Through your portfolio’s network and relationships, you will provide lead generation to our sales team in your territories and elsewhere.
**Who you are**:
- You have a strong Customer Success or Account Management background in a subscription or membership business.
- Highly organised and an excellent, confident communicator online, on the phone and in person.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and full of energy and proactivity to drive engagement on the platform and success for our customers.
- Ability to build close relationships with decision makers at senior level within football agencies.
- Experience in sponsorship sales in a sports club or federation is a bonus.
- Expert knowledge of the global football landscape, and particularly across primary and secondary LATAM football market.
- Hands-on experience with online events and the various technologies that bring efficiency and scale to the experience.
- You're fluent in English and Spanish.
- You have a Full Drivers license.
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
