Efetuar o cadastro do cliente, quando primeiro atendimento, solicitando os dados cadastrais, visando atualizar o sistema e agilizar as vendas.
- Identificar as necessidades dos clientes e propor o desenvolvimento de serviços, bem como oferecer serviços existentes
- Recepção de pedidos de compra, condução de análise crítica e subsequente integração dos pedidos no sistema ORP
Efetuar a comercialização de produtos e serviços da empresa por meio de telefonemas ou plataformas eletrônicas, direcionados aos clientes dentro do território designado.
Desempenhar as responsabilidades inerentes à área de vendas internas, fornecendo suporte direto aos clientes e/ou representantes comerciais. Isso engloba a venda de produtos, equipamentos e serviços, com o objetivo de oferecer o mais alto nível de atendimento possível, em conformidade com as diretrizes estabelecidas. Dessa forma, contribui-se para o alcance das metas definidas e para a plena satisfação dos clientes.
