Country Sales Manager

Develop new customers and maintain existing business.
- Achieve the Sales target and company’s Sales KPIs
- Plan and implement the business promotion programs
- Market intelligence collect and analyze, coordinate with all team and headquarter to make business materialize.
- Team leadership and management
- Customer relationship management
- E-commerce promotion
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred
- Strong background and experience as managerial role in shipping companies
- Strong reporting, problem solving, good leadership skills, analytics capability
- Ability to cross department cooperation
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Spanish and Portuguese
