Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in Brazil.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of 4 to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
