Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in Brazil.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of 4 to exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian market and freight forwarding operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
