**About the role**

Haleon route to market is complex and varies from market to market, but in most of regions, the traditional channel is very relevant despite the competition from big Pharmacies and e-commerce fast growth. The Horizon Platform is a Haleon initiative to support independent pharmacies to thrive with their business, increase our categories and gain market share (and share of mind from buyers and owners). The eB2B Pharmacy Business Development Manager will lead the implementation and development of Horizon in Brazil, understanding the traditional channel needs, align it with the distributors’ expectations and with Haleon Financial objectives, ensuring Horizon functionalities and usability add value to the entire chain, considering all personas (industry, wholesaler, pharmacy, consumer).

It will be fixed term (12 months)

**Key responsibilities**
- Developing and sustaining long term relationships with pharmacies, wholesalers and suppliers
- Engaging into Horizon platform by presenting the benefits of it, as well as the business advantage the customers (pharmacies/wholesales/suppliers) can gain in more and more competitive environment
- Training and coaching our customers on how to use our platform and to improve their business with Horizon
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with Horizon products and services
- Working closely with Product & Commercial Team to provide insight into product and enhance our platform and service offering
- Recruiting, training, and guiding onboarding staff to support pharmacies acquisition
- Supporting preparation of the FF for new ways of working with their customers (engagement, training, follow up)
- Monitoring competitive platforms and feedback to the Project Team
- Analysing OKRs for the market and looking for the ways to improve the results

**Qualifications and skills**
- 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales in pharmacy environment
- Experience of working with independent pharmacies and wholesalers/distributors
- Track record in expanding and engaging customer base, preferably for digital platform
- Experience with working in business development (new projects, pilots, tests, including financial aspect of these projects)
- Experience in working on core pharmacy business drivers (assortment, stock, layout, pricing, promotion)
- Person who was working with qualitative research

**Preferred**
- Easily engaging and negotiating with the customers, peers and building trustful relationship and delivering important results
- Effective communication skills (developed listening skills/ ability to explain, train and coach)
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, with a data driven / digital approach to proactively solve problems / challenges
- Good financial acumen allowing to present business benefits
