A **EESOLAR**, busca talentos para preenchimento do time comercial como **Pré-vendas (BDR)**, a fim de participar de ações que visam atrair, qualificar e converter potenciais clientes. Buscamos pessoas que sejam ambiciosas, proativas, organizadas e que aceitam feedback para desenvolvimento profissional.

**Competências**:

- Facilidade com tecnologia;
- Habilidades em negociação;
- Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
- Experiência com prospecção e qualificação;

**Responsabilidades**:

- Realizar todas as etapas necessárias na jornada de pré vendas;
- Realizar a prospecção de potenciais clientes;
- Qualificar Leads;
- Atingir ou exceder as metas de performance estabelecidas;
- Seguir playbook de vendas, elaborado para o time comercial;
- Prezar por um atendimento de qualidade ao cliente;
- Trabalhar com a equipe para aumentar a satisfação do cliente.

**Diferenciais**:

- Experiência em vendas internas, Pré Vendas e Telemarketing;
- Experiência com vendas no Whatsapp;
- Experiência com preenchimento de CRM (como RDSTATION, Pipedrive, PipeRun e outros).

**Contrato de trabalho: CLT**

**Horário**: Segunda-feira à Sexta-feira das 8:00 às 18:00

Salário: R$ 2300,00 + Comissão por Reunião realizada

Vale transporte 6%

**Média de ganhos de R$ 2800,00 à R$ 4000,00**
