This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to providing first-class customer service and supporting clients across a range of products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional service to all clients.
- Communicate with clients through various channels.
- Resolve any client issues that arise.
- Maintain data quality across multiple systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve processes such as invoicing, cash collection, cash allocation fulfillment, and access.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years B2B client support experience.
- Strong skills in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong English language skills.
- Experience in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Analytical skills.
- Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Jira.
