The day-to-day:
This team plays a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include execution of sales processes, sales KPI reports, and managing contracts and purchase orders. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of contracts and the revenue from those contracts, maintain accurate Salesforce (SFDC) records, and monitor key sales performance metrics.

Additionally, you will work closely with finance, legal, support and delivery teams to ensure to ensure that all areas are working with the customer in compliance with the contract. Your tasks will involve weekly pipeline monitoring, generating detailed reports for management, purchase orders management and proactively anticipating contract renewals to ensure compliance. By providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, you will contribute to Viasat's success in the market.

What you'll need:

- 2-4 years of professional experience in sales administration or a similar role
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and interpret sales metrics
- High-level technical proficiency in CRM software platform Salesforce
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite, (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting
- Language requires: Fluency in both Portuguese and English required
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a citizen of Brazil
