**Your Role: Sales Representative (Junior)**

As a Sales Representative (Junior) at CROO, your primary role is to promote CROO's top-tier telecom products and services to a diverse clientele. You'll be the key player in client engagement, understanding their unique needs, and providing customized solutions. Additionally, you'll collaborate with a global team spanning Canada, Uruguay, and Brazil - a valuable opportunity to expand your professional network.

Your responsibilities include excelling in prospecting clients with effective telephone skills (cold calling), as well as generating a dynamic pipeline of potential clients through diverse other lead generation activities.

Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information about our products and services, guiding customers seamlessly through the buying process.

Customer Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and support teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.

Your ultimate goal? Work with the rest of the team to surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic approaches.

**What does CROO look for in you?** Demonstrated success in sales with a minimum of 3 years of experience, proven ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and exceptional communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing time effectively. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about exceeding targets. Commitment to becoming an expert on our products and sales processes. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for effective pipeline management.
