**Yourprofile**
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- 5+ years’ related experience in Finance / CommercialSales/ Commercial Project Management/ Global Operations or related discipline;
- Advanced leadership, teamwork/collaboration,networking skills, strong communication, and presentation skills at all organizationallevels;
- Portuguese or Spanish and English fluency;
- Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environmentwith changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects orassignments. Flexibility to travel in the LA Region, US or Europe;
- Knowledge of project financing structures andAccounting Principles.

**Your responsibilities**
- Responsible for all Commercial and Financial aspectsof a Large or Industrial Gas Turbines Generation Bid and Contract negotiationin the Latin America market;
- Drive customer focus within the organization byunderstanding market drivers for energy market, transition and present to theorganization;
- Co-lead together with the Technical Sales Manager thebid strategy for complex projects. Deliver the solutions best meeting customerneeds, including developing new business and financial models to enableprojects;
- Manage and support the overall bid process from PM20(Bid/No Bid) to PM80 (Project Handover) while working together with Sales,Proposal, Business Units teams;
- Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial areas of acontract including but not limited to cash flow, currency / hedging risks,financial security instruments, terms of payment, state and country specifictax codes/structures, etc;
- Participate in all customer negotiations.
