**Responsabilidades**:

- Agir sempre em busca do melhor interesse da NOV e assegurar a conformidade com todas as políticas e código de

ética da organização;
- Manter uma postura profissional, enquanto estiver representando a NOV durante o desempenho das suas funções

e responsabilidades;
- Conhecer os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela NOV WellSite Services (WSS);
- Incrementar o volume de vendas e participações no mercado da WSS através do esforço em vendas e conhecimento

integral dos negócios e das necessidades do cliente;
- Participar com a Gerência na definição dos planos e estratégias de vendas;
- Executar e monitorar os planos e estratégias de vendas;
- Trabalhar em equipe com o VP SR de Vendas Global e com os Gerentes de Operações da América do Sul no

desenvolvimento e execuções das estratégias de vendas e planos de mercado, incluindo a identificação de novos

negócios e setores alvos;
- Desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio incluindo antigos e novos clientes, bem como antigos e novos

produtos;
- Estar informado da situação do mercado em geral a fim de identificar novas oportunidades de negócios dos produtos

NOV WSS;
- Manter restrita a comunicação e coordenação com o pessoal da WSS, em relação aos esforços de vendas;
- Participar nas definições das estratégias da NOV WSS para as licitações e propostas comerciais, assim como

assegurando que estão alinhadas com as políticas da NOV;
- Assegurar a execução de guias de preços e vendas da NOV WSS;
- Manter restrito e permanente contato com os distintos níveis da organização de cada cliente, para fazer

acompanhamento das propostas, ordens de serviço e compra, e assegurar que as atividades de vendas estão sendo

efetivas;
- Atender aos eventos de vendas tais como feiras de Petróleo, conferências de vendas e aquelas que a Companhia

solicitar como parte da responsabilidade do incremento das vendas da NOV WSS;
- Responsabilizar-se pelos relatórios assinados pela Companhia, incluindo as previsões de vendas e atividades de

vendas realizadas (call reports, trip reports);
- Responsabilizar-se pela utilização dos “Best Sales Practice Tools” da NOV em todas suas atividades de vendas;
- Assegurar a disponibilidade permanente de material de vendas e marketing dos produtos e serviços da NOV WSS;
- Estar atualizado das tendências macroeconômicas no setor dos hidrocarbonetos e das políticas do governo que

afetam o setor de Oil & Gas;
- Avaliar o comportamento e tendências do mercado, recolhendo informações relevantes que afetem o crescimento

atual e futuro das vendas;
- Avaliar os planos de perfuração dos clientes potenciais, revisar as estratégias de marketing que permitam conseguir

os objetivos propostos;
- Elaborar o relatório de Market Share do negócio da WSS, em todas as linhas de produtos, relatórios mensais de

acompanhamento em Pipeline de vendas;
- Elaborar o relatório de utilização de sondas / plataformas e Workover, especificando as companhias de fluído de

perfuração e equipamentos de controle de sólidos;
- Preparar os planos anuais de vendas e negócios, bem como as previsões e acompanhamento das vendas;
- Atuar como ponto focal para preparação das licitações, cotações e propostas, sinalizando as recomendações,

sugestões e conselhos, durante a revisão e preparação destas em conjunto com os gerentes;
- Gerenciar a equipe de vendas na América do Sul, quando aplicável;
- Dar suporte nas atividades de marketing, tais como Case histories, seminários, etc.

**Qualificações**:

- Ensino Superior completo;
- Desejável Pós-graduação e/ou MBA completo;
- Sólida experiência na função e/ou atividades semelhantes;
- Inglês avançado;
- Espanhol avançado;
- Disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais.
