This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our **São Paulo office**.

**What The Day Will Look Like**:
As a **Global Business Client Relationship Manager**, you will support with the achievement of team goals by:

- Running a business unit.
- Leading a team of account executives.
- Helping to develop and handle relationships and business with clients.
- Following key performance indicators on the team.
- Growing the "new additional" business.

**Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success**:
Shown leadership and revenue growth success with strong project management, organizational and communication skills are crucial to shine across collaborating teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insight and recommendations will lead to increased success and appreciation.
- Solid experience in Commercial Risk Solutions’ insurance.
- Strong experience of handling effective client relationships.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Proficiency in English.
- A good level of Spanish would be an advantage.
- Communication skills for heavy team and client interactions.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
