**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The Value Stream & Performance Manager plays a crucial role in a BPO services contract, with the primary responsibility of leading the definition, consolidation, and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations and projects. This role involves monitoring deliverables and results against project goals, ensuring alignment with the transformation objectives, and providing insights to support reprioritization of initiatives based on achieved and projected results. The Value Stream & Performance Manager is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 1. KPI Development and Implementation: Lead the process of defining, consolidating, and implementing KPIs that align with the contract's transformation objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure KPIs accurately measure the performance and success of operational and project initiatives.
- 2. Performance Monitoring: Establish a robust monitoring framework to track and assess the deliverables and results achieved against the defined KPIs. Regularly analyze and evaluate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- 3. Project Goal Alignment: Ensure that KPIs are aligned with project goals and objectives. Work closely with project teams to incorporate performance metrics into project planning and execution.
- 4. Data Collection and Analysis: Coordinate data collection efforts and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely data availability. Analyze performance data to generate meaningful insights and recommendations for optimization.
- 5. Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to key stakeholders, including senior management, project teams, and clients. Provide clear and concise updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
- 6. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost savings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
- 7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and roadblocks that may impact the achievement of project and operational objectives. Develop mitigation strategies and work with project teams to address risks effectively.
- 8. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance objectives and initiatives. Maintain strong communication channels to foster collaboration and engagement.
- 9. Reprioritization Support: Analyze achieved and projected results to support data-driven decision-making for reprioritizing initiatives. Work with project teams and senior management to adjust strategies and resource allocation as needed.
- 10. Performance Culture: Cultivate a performance-driven culture by promoting awareness of KPIs, setting performance targets, and recognizing achievements.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 1. Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- 7+ years of experience in performance management, project management, or operations, preferably within the BPO or media industry.
- 2. Performance Management Expertise: Strong understanding of performance management principles, KPI development, and implementation. Experience in driving performance improvement initiatives.
- 3. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficient in data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies. Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- 4. Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies and practices. Ability to coordinate project-related activities and align them with performance goals.
- 5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- 6. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. Ability to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities from performance data.
