Profissional da equipe de vendas responsável pela manutenção e evolução dos contatos com as agências, objetivando qualificação e novas vendas. Será responsável por: - Conduzir reuniões: de pitch, apresentação de propostas e de negociações, com potenciais clientes - agência/parceiros;
- Organizar e atualizar informações dos suspects e prospects dentro do CRM - Salesforce;
- Aprimoramento das abordagem com os leads, sempre buscando uma evolução na comunicação;
- Entender com profundidade o negócio do potencial cliente - agência/parceiro e todas as sua dores e necessidades, a fim de apoiar o time na elaboração da proposta entregar a melhor solução possível;
- Realizar follow-ups por diversos meios com foco na Ativação;
- Participar de reuniões internas de melhoria dos processos de venda;
- Buscar constantemente estabelecer e desenvolver conexão com novas personas em potenciais clientes - agência/parceiros;
- Aprimoramento das abordagem com os leads, sempre buscando uma evolução na comunicação.
Requisitos Superior Completo em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Marketing ou áreas afins; Conhecimento sobre vendas, negociação, relacionamento com pessoas; Experiência em relacionamento com agências ou atuando dentro de uma agência.
Benefícios Um salário adicional no fim do ano, sempre proporcional; Descanso de 7 dias corridos a cada 3 meses de trabalho (recebe o salário normalmente); Moodar - Terapia psicológica online; Day off no mês de aniversário.
