**Job Description Summary**: Responsible to lead their accounts of responsibility. Achieving business targets and meeting customer needs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop strategic relationship with different level of customer´s organization
- Understand key drivers/ objectives of the customer organization
- Map Customer stake holders (CXO, Clinical, OR, Services, Sourcing) and crossover internal stakeholders
- Map competition movements on that accounts (?)
- Develop recurrent mechanism with customer (franchise view)
- Articulate internally customers’ needs
- Synchronize delivery of customer requirements deliverables
- Ensure franchise financial deliverables
- Manage deliverables timeline and proactive raise hand to staff leadership as needed
- Monitor customer metrics and raise during account planning actions required. Such as CCR%, WR%, CM% and trend
- Transparency to customer of real capabilities and deliverables
- Work in partnership and influence internal teams to synchronize delivery of customer requirements deliverables
- Collection’s escalation support (franchise)
- Report engagement of available tools to customer
- ACOS/ Concession avoidance
- Past due accountability

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in..
- Previous Experience in Healthcare Equipment Market
- Knowledge in Brazil Market
- Proven experience in Commercial and Sales roles (more than 7 years)
- Strong Leadership skills (influencing teams and peers)

- Advance/ Fluent English
- Fluent Portuguese

**Skills**
- Capability to work in an innovative and challenging scenario.
- Ability to design, lead and deliver new business models (connected to clients’ needs and GE´s strategy) driving profitable growth and P&L health.
- Adaptability and capacity to navigate well through change.
- Ability to manage considerable volume of clients (prioritization)
