**Responsibilities**:

- Take responsibility for the execution of business projects, from requirement analysis and solution design to project implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that meets client's trading needs.
- Independently lead and liaise with product development and technical teams. Creating and executing project plans to ensure products meet Binance’s high standards and addressing regional market needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of client's trading needs and market trends, identify potential growth opportunities, and propose product optimizations and innovative solutions to support continuous iteration and competitiveness of Binance’s products.
- Act as the project’s business owner, coordinating cross-departmental resources to ensure smooth inter-team collaboration and effective implementation of product features, particularly in areas such as low-latency trading, algorithmic trading, and high-frequency trading innovation.
- Monitor and analyze usage data and behavior of key users, providing data-driven analysis reports to support product improvements.
- Work closely with the technical team to address client issues related to order execution, data access, and system performance, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the trading system to enhance the client experience.

**Requirements**:

- ** Business/Product Owner Experience**: Proven experience in leading complex projects with financial and system requirements. Capability in liaison and execution within cross-departmental, multi-stakeholder environments to achieve project goals. Past experience as a business, product, or technical owner with a strong ability to coordinate resources to ensure quality and timeliness in product development and project execution.
- ** Passion and Proactivity**:Demonstrates a strong interest in cryptocurrency and the trading market, with a proactive approach to identifying client's needs and driving the implementation of solutions.
- ** Strong Sense of Responsibility**:Detail-oriented and dependable, capable of maintaining high-quality work under pressure.
- ** Technical Expertise**:In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency exchange technical architecture, market microstructure, order matching engines, low-latency trading, and API integration, with the ability to engage in deep discussions with technical teams and client technical stakeholders.
- ** Data Analysis and Strategic Thinking**:Proficient in data-driven business analysis, able to derive insights from trading data and client feedback to support product strategy and improvement.
- ** Language Proficiency**:Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred to be able to coordinate with overseas partners/stakeholders, managing global/regional users and affiliates.
