Customer service representative is responsible for creating orders in accordance with customer requirements, creating pro forma invoices and invoices in accordance with confirmed orders. Customer service representative is performing activities of continuous informing the Sales department about the status of created orders, blocked orders and the status of goods in stock, in terms of quantity.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Creation of orders in accordance with the clients’ requirements and confirmation of the clients’ orders
- Creation of pro-forma invoices in accordance with created and confirmed orders
- Creation of invoices in re-export activities in accordance with confirmed orders
- Creation of orders for finished goods, manufactured in KI factories, in accordance with the requirements of the Sales department
- Creation of pricelists and bonuses in the system, on the basis of, or according to the order of the Sales Manager
- Creation of credit and debit notes on the basis of, or according to the order of the Supply Chain Manager.
- Informing the Sales department on the status of goods in stock, in terms of quantity
- Continuous communication and provision of information related to goods in stock, possibilities and deadlines for delivery
- Supervision of posted outgoing invoices during month-end closing
- Entry of claims in SAP related to buyers (QM) and archiving of those complaints
- Obtaining VAT certificates of clients and delivering them to the Finance department
**What we’d love for you to have**:
- Degree in economics, transportation, technological or organizational orientation
- English - advanced level
- MS Office - advanced level
- Advanced communication skills
- Fast reaction in finding optimal solutions in difficult situations
- Excellent organizational skills, independence and initiative
- Accuracy in performing tasks

**If you have experience in the following areas - this is an added advantage**:
- Knowledge of the work process, commercial part of the job, transport organization and basic product knowledge
- Previous experience in the activities listed above (1-2 years)
- SAP - basic knowledge
