At ModSquad, we're seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our team in providing exceptional support to a top music streaming service.
This is a fully remote opportunity that requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Japanese, and the ability to work independently. You will respond to customer inquiries via inbound web messages, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate has previous experience in providing Customer Support via inbound web messages, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A strong understanding of cultural nuances and an ability to empathize with customers are also essential.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to work 40 hours per week for the initial 4-week orientation and nesting period, followed by daily production hours from 7 AM to 10 PM. Project commitments include working 25 hours per week, with 8 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday as needed.
We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on factors such as location, role complexity, and relevant experience. Please note that this opportunity excludes individuals residing in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington at this time.
