The Onboarding & Customer Success Manager role at Zoom is designed to deliver exceptional platform experiences to our enterprise-level customers in the LATAM region.

This individual will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, and driving the implementation and delivery of Workvivo to new LATAM customers.

They will focus on customer engagement, collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee customer onboarding and adoption
  • Develop comprehensive success plans for customers
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Monitor customer health and address potential issues proactively
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in LATAM
  • Adapt global best practices to meet the unique needs of the Latin American market

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, reflecting the complexity and scope of this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience in customer success, customer experience, or a related field, with expertise in the Latin American market
  • Ability to understand the LATAM business landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed
