inDrive is developing new verticals of the business, and by combining the experience and practices, we are launching a new line of delivery for large businesses — inDrive.Delivery Pro, and looking for an experienced account manager.
This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

**What you will do**:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;-
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship;-
- Provide customer oriented service to key accounts;-
- Customize strategies to optimize retention of the clients;-
- Conduct market research to understand how to improve current processes and what could be implemented;-
- Create loyalty programs to ensure client satisfaction and engagement;-
- Solve clients’ inquiries, questions, concerns in a proactive manner;-
- Database management to keep track of key performance indicators for the assigned accounts;-
- Refining of sales strategies for new clients acquisition;-
- Cooperate with other companies to enable partnerships growth;-
- Achieve clients engagement through innovative strategies;-
- Promote the product to potential clients.**What we expect from you**:
- 2-4 years of experience as a key account manager/customer success representative is required;-
- Experience in B2B sales is required;-
- Strong commercial and sales skills;-
- Knowledge of the local service market-
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;-
- Time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills;-
- English on a professional level is required.**Working terms**:
