- Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase enrollments and expand our student base.
- Create and execute effective marketing plans to promote the school and our courses.
- Conduct active prospecting and generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the sales funnel, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Provide training and development for the commercial team, ensuring high performance and alignment with school goals.
- Analyze and report on commercial performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve results.
- Collaborate with other areas of the school to ensure an exceptional experience for our students and sustainable growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in educational institutions or related fields.
- Solid background in developing and executing commercial and marketing strategies.
- Skills in prospecting, sales, and contract closing.
- Experience in training and developing sales teams.
- Analytical skills to monitor and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to the school's growth.
