**Company Description**

Você será responsável por:

- Manter uma certeira de clientes garantindo uma visitação periódica, apresentação de estudos científicos e fomento da experimentação dos produtos.
- Monitorar o desempenho e resultados, analisando KPIs de negócio e criando planos de ação para incremento dos resultados propostos.
- Realizar a análise estratégica do desempenho do território, reportando de forma estruturada a evolução de resultados ao gestor imediato.
- Analisar cenários competitivos de forma constante com o suporte do time de marketing para assegurar a adequação e implementação da estratégia.
- Realizar análises de mercado, audit farma, gráficos para implementação de estratégia de MKT para gerar resultados.
- Identificar os direcionadores de resultados das principais contas, em parceria com as áreas internas diretas para contribuir no desenvolvimento de soluções. Corresponsável pela implementação dos Planos de Contas.
- Realizar a articulação com os demais membros do time In Field (Acesso ao Mercado e MSL) para garantir a execução dos planos de engajamento, bem como a elaboração e/ou atualização das jornadas transacionais.
- Ser responsável pelo seu território, aplicando raciocínio estratégico, uso da tecnologia e aplicação de possíveis melhorias na alocação de recursos monetários e não monetários.
- Participar de congressos e eventos médicos fortalecendo relacionamento com grupos grupo de médicos.

**Qualifications**
- Superior completo em Administração de Empresas / Marketing / Publicidade e Propaganda / Farmácia/ Direito / Ciências Contábeis /Economia e outras áreas afins
- Inglês desejável
- Técnica de vendas
- Análise mercadológica (potencial de mercado, clientes, competidores, cenário econômico, etc)
- Farmacoeconomia
- Normas de ética na indústria farmacêutica
- Pacote Office (usuário Excel, Word e PowerPoint)
