O **Partner Development Onboarding** é o responsável pelo** onboarding do novo parceiro**. Ele guiará os novos parceiros durante seus primeiros passos no Programa de Parceria Neoway, apoiando na habilitação de vendas com grau de excelência, gerando independência para o Parceiro e entregando resultados para Neoway e clientes.

**Perfil estratégico e empático**, navegando com facilidade dentro das áreas na Neoway e Parceiros. Relacionamento com todos os níveis hierárquicos dentro e fora da Neoway, **alta capacidade analítica, visão sistêmica e capacidade de execução**.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Alinhamento de** expectativa referente a parceria**;
- Apresentação da Neoway e **introdução às suas soluções**;
- Onboarding de novos Parceiros, sendo o responsável por mostrar a **cultura Neoway** e nossa **metodologia de trabalho** ao novo Parceiro;
- Gerenciamento e acompanhamento do **plano de capacitação de Parceiros Neoway**;
- ** Identificação de oportunidades de negócio** dentro do alcance de relacionamento do novo Parceiro;
- Acompanhar junto ao **PAM (**Partner Account Manager) do **início do ciclo de vendas do Parceiro** em seu processo de Onboarding;
- Liderar e apoiar a criação de ações** ligadas a melhoria da experiência dos novos Parceiros;**:

- ** Acompanhar junto ao PAM o pipeline de vendas de Parceiros**, com o objetivo de identificar/ contribuir na visão de projeto;
- ** Mapear oportunidades de melhoria nos processos** dos Parceiros, que impactem positivamente e diretamente no ecossistema de Parceiros;
- Analisar o desempenho em relação** às metas, fit de perfil e cultural com a Neoway** para** definir se o parceiro segue ou não no programa de parcerias**;
Desenvolvimento do primeiro **Business Plan** junto ao Parceiro alinhado de acordo com a categoria e meta Neoway.

**Requisitos e qualificações** Requisitos**:

- Proatividade e automotivação;
- Entendimento de processos: criação de novos processos e execução dos mesmos;
- Ter conhecimento em SaaS, ou venda de dados, ou venda de serviço;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em vendas B2B;
- Pacote Office obrigatório;
- Empatia, saber como transferir conhecimento;
- Base em Florianópolis - desejável.

Formação ampla: Administração de empresas, Publicidade, Engenharia, etc.
