Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in Miami, FL. The Collections Specialist will oversee daily debt recovery efforts, manage cash collection activities, and promptly resolve outstanding account balances. This role also involves clear communication with customers to ensure payment arrangements, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional customer service to address disputes or questions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Debt Collection and Cash Collection
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Understanding of financial principles and basic Finance knowledge
- Attention to detail and organizational proficiency
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
- Experience in collections or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is a plus
