HCLTech is hiring for a global project in Mexico City, and we’re looking for a talented Applications Analyst – Braze/CJO to help shape personalized experiences that drive real impact.

This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools like Braze and Customer Journey Orchestration (CJO), collaborating with global teams to deliver data-driven, customer-centric solutions.

Role: Applications Analyst – Braze / CJO

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute personalized customer journeys using Braze and CJO platforms.
- Integrate Braze with CRM and analytics systems to enable seamless data flow.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize engagement strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver targeted, impactful outreach.

Location: Mexico City

Language Requirement: Advanced English – mandatory

Relocation Requirement: Must be available to work remotely from Brazil during the initial period, with mandatory relocation to Mexico after the probation period
