Nectar is a marketing agency that provides account management and creative services for established consumer product brands. Nectar primarily works with brands to scale their sales on thirdparty marketplaces like Amazon. However, Nectar also develops websites for its clients and manages their paid social and search, along with their email marketing. In addition to marketing and services, Nectar has its own analytics platform, iDerive, which it uses to manage its clients' businesses and sells as a standalone platform.

About the Role

The Brand Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with the execution of Amazonrelated tasks, including product listing support, data analysis, reporting preparation, and client communication support. The specialist will collaborate with various team members to help brands achieve their growth objectives, ensuring operational excellence and highquality deliverables. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive, teamoriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Support & Task Execution
- Assist Strategic Brand Managers with the implementation of marketing strategies and brand initiatives.

- Handle administrative tasks such as preparing performance reports, client decks, and tracking action items.

- Provide support for product listing tasks, including keyword research, content updates, and backend optimization.

2. Client Communication & Coordination

- Support the Strategic Brand Manager with client communications by preparing updates, reports, and meeting materials.

- Track and respond to client queries with accuracy and professionalism.

- Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time.

3. Data & Reporting Assistance

- Collaborate with the Reporting Analytics Specialist to gather and analyze brand performance data.

- Assist in preparing custom reports detailing KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance.

- Review dashboards in tools like iDerive and Amazon Seller Central to track performance trends and insights.

4. CrossTeam Collaboration

- Work closely with the Operations Coordinator to track tasks and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.

- Coordinate with Product Listing Specialists, Product Data Specialists, and Creative Team members to implement brand updates.

- Assist the Advertising Team with campaign performance monitoring and reporting when required.

5. Process Improvement & Documentation

- Document and refine SOPs for recurring tasks to improve efficiency and consistency.

- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline POD operations.

- Stay updated with Amazon marketplace changes to help the team adapt processes accordingly.

- Accuracy and timeliness of task completion.

Basic Qualifications

- 12 years of experience in account management, marketing support, or a

- related field (Amazon experience preferred).

- Strong understanding of Amazon SellerVendor Central and basic account

- management tasks.

- Proficiency in ExcelGoogle Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proactive, detailoriented mindset with strong problemsolving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with tools like iDerive, Helium 10, and Keepa.

- Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or
