Activities: Send high-volume headhunting invitations via . Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, , WhatsApp) with speed and accuracy. Add candidates to the ATS , ensuring complete and up-to-date records. Conduct initial screening calls in English if necessary . Post job ads, screen resumes , and manage early-stage outreach Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones Ensure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline React swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules)Hit daily/weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.
