Job Title: Customer Success Analyst Location: Remote Employment Type: Contractor Team: Customer Success About us: Closir is a UK-based investor relations (IR) support services provider. Closir combines all elements of IR, from high-level strategy ("Who's investing in my peers?") to daily workflow ("What topics came up most in my meetings with investors this quarter?") into one intelligent, user-friendly platform which includes the most comprehensive and up-to-date database of buy-side contacts on the market; proactive outreach tools; share & peer holder tracking; customisable reports; and professional-level support. Role Overview: We are looking for a self-driven and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for attending to our clients' needs and inquiries; get them onboarded on the Closir journey and increase their adoption of the platform in their day to dat activities. You will be working closely with the Research and Product Development teams to ensure seamless integration of the clients profile and portfolio of data and help them get started on Closir.Com Responsibilities: Partner with clients to understand their Investor Relations needs and drive adoption of the Closir platform. Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and support to senior IR teams. Deliver tailored onboarding, training, and consulting sessions. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to champion client feedback and influence product direction. Build long-lasting relationships that foster retention, growth, and client advocacy. Qualifications: Background in Investor Relations (in-house or advisory) – you understand the workflows, challenges, and priorities of IR professionals. Experience in consulting, customer success, or client-facing roles where you've advised senior stakeholders. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable solutions. Passion for SaaS, fintech, and improving how companies engage with investors.
