HR Business Partner

This role requires a key member of our HR team to oversee onboardings, internal processes, offboardings and address location-specific matters. They will think of HR as a partner for the business, identifying new ways to conduct processes that add value to the company.
- The primary point of contact for HR-related matters in their location;
- IDentifying needs on learning, development, culture, satisfaction, and engagement, and designing, implementing, and supporting initiatives related to these areas;
- Collaborating with other departments, including Engineering, Finance, and Legal, to ensure seamless cooperation;
- Mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance to people managers on company processes;
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the People Analytics team to develop solutions, programs, and improvement opportunities;
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources roles;
Must have upper-intermediate English ability, with excellent listening and communication skills.
Able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently. - Energetic, proactive, and very well-organized individual with a strong sense of ownership,
demonstrating discretion and judgment while working with sensitive materials;
experienced in onboarding and offboarding processes, general people management tasks and dealing with people and stressful situations.
