Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assume the role of Payroll and Accounting Specialist.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate employee updates for monthly payroll files.
  • Calculate gross and net salaries, considering applicable taxes, social security contributions, and health insurance.
  • Compute overtime payments in accordance with local regulations.
  • Manage income tax withholdings and ensure compliance with SICORE requirements.
  • Prepare monthly estimated salary and deduction entries for reporting purposes.
  • Calculate and submit social security contributions via Form 931.
  • Generate monthly payroll reports detailing payments, deductions, and contributions.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.

Personnel Management and HR Administration
  • Conduct thorough payroll audits to verify payment and deduction accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and standards.
  • Manage expatriate salary data and review payroll calculations for accuracy.

The Ideal Candidate

Applicants must possess at least 5 years of experience in payroll processing and accounting, preferably within multinational corporations or Big Four accounting firms.

A deep understanding of Argentine labor laws, tax regulations, and social security compliance is essential.

Proficiency in payroll and HR platforms such as ADP, Workday, and other integrated HRIS systems is required.

Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and reconcile financial and payroll data accurately are key qualifications for this role.

Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information are essential qualities for this position.
