Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage financial activities for an enterprise-wide project.

This position will be responsible for coordinating financial deliverables and providing strategic insights to key stakeholders.

  • Manage the development and implementation of efficient processes and controls
  • Develop and maintain tracking of financial metrics for internal business partners; coordinate and deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders
  • Support executive leadership with financial analysis and insights
  • Supervise and develop team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, building and maintaining models)
  • Demonstrated ability in variance analysis, reconciliations, month-end, and forecasting
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong financial acumen with a background in accounting (US GAAP)
  • Self-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing priorities
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and varying stakeholders
  • Supervisor experience preferred but not required
  • Potential to grow beyond the current role
