This role involves a high level of responsibility and accountability for the success of our customer success operations. The Strategic Operations Analyst will report to the Manager, Customer Success Operations and be responsible for understanding the sales, customer success, and renewals business in the Americas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience with strategic operational analysis roles. They will be responsible for managing portfolio assignment, QBRs, onboarding, territory carving, and KPI reporting. Additionally, they will implement projects to enhance go-to-market operations, such as quota improvements and territory optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding the sales, customer success, and renewals business in the Americas.
- Managing portfolio assignment, QBRs, onboarding, territory carving, and KPI reporting.
- Implementing projects to enhance go-to-market operations, such as quota improvements and territory optimization.
- Identifying business improvement opportunities via analytics and insights.
- Leading cross-functional discussions to align on renewals management.
- Seeking opportunities to improve business velocity and efficiency globally.
- Collaborating with regional counterparts for best practices.
- Supporting planning processes and ad hoc requests.
- Managing dependencies and risks in projects with attention to detail.
- Partnering with leadership to ensure team alignment and continuity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English, working with North American teams.
- 5+ years in strategic operational analysis roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with reports, metrics, dashboards, renewals, and customer success metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and confidence.
- Experience with SaaS, high-growth environments, and senior sales collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Structured thinking for ambiguous problems and proactive data-driven insights.
- Experience in capacity planning and technical initiatives.
