We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and be able to provide expert advice on how to use our product. They will work closely with our clients to ensure their success and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with our clients
- Serving as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and our team
- Empowering customers to connect their goals and challenges with our solution
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success, account management or consulting
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in English
- A positive attitude, empathy and high energy
- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
