Grow Our Business in Brazil

Adyen is looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive our growth in Brazil. This role will be responsible for facilitating our expansion through the acquisition of new enterprise merchants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand Adyen products and services and be able to articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences;
  • Generate new business for Adyen by identifying specific prospects to approach, communicating the specific value proposition for their business, and establishing long-term, successful partnerships;
  • Work closely with mid-level to senior executives at interested businesses to successfully negotiate and close deals and help in onboarding;
  • Partner with technology leaders and solution providers, and work closely with our Sales Support, Implementation and Account Management teams.

Requirements:

  • Payments industry or affiliated partner experience;
  • Proven experience in an enterprise sales role selling complex solutions;
  • High levels of energy, love networking, connecting and thrive in hands-on environments;
  • Team player who enjoys working with a global team across different offices, roles, and cultures;
  • Analytical, strategic negotiator with a commercially driven, goal-getting attitude;
  • Ability to execute, manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment;
  • Strong communicator who can manage time-sensitive projects with little supervision;
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in a sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure or financial service, plus experience in the payments industry.
