Senior Sales Manager for Enterprise Cross-Industry

As a Senior Sales Manager for Enterprise Cross-Industry, you will lead a high-performing team of Account Managers in driving the adoption and usage of AWS services across industries. You will collaborate with partners to accelerate customer success and possess a strong background in sales and people management, coupled with a solid technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Manage the career growth and development of your team, coaching and guiding them to achieve world-class performance levels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Training, Partner Success and Development, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Teams.
- Global Leadership: Lead and influence global, cross-functional teams in a dynamic organization, as many of your responsibilities will have interdependencies with other teams within AWS.
- Sales and Analytical Acumen: Leverage your strong sales and analytical acumen, synthesis, structuring, and problem-solving skills to translate ambiguous and often incomplete information into actionable plans and insights.
- Industry Verticals: Incubate industry verticals by fostering a community of customers, driving growth and innovation within specific sectors.
- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate a strong bias for 'invention' and 'simplification', proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and alignment, solid program management skills, a customer-obsessed and collaborative approach, and a strong data and metrics-driven mindset.
- Communication: Showcase your passion for narrative-style writing, crafting compelling business plans and programmatic initiatives.
- Executive Leadership: Thrive in highly visible executive and senior leadership settings, where your perspective, vision, and results will be inspected.
- Experience: 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience.
- Sales Management: 5+ years of sales management experience.
- Account Management: Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
