About the Role

Adyen is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise merchants and facilitating our expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Adyen's products and services, and effectively communicate their value proposition to external audiences.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with mid-level to senior executives to negotiate and close deals, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Partner with technology leaders and solution providers to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of success in complex sales environments.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic negotiation skills, with a commercially driven attitude.
  • Ability to execute time-sensitive tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales hunter roles, selling complex enterprise software or financial services.
