About This Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
- Main responsibilities include account planning and sales analysis, managing the buying cycle, achieving sales objectives and KPIs with key accounts, building a clear understanding of responsibilities and communication lines inside the client organisation, contract negotiation and deal executions, identifying, creating, quantifying and prioritizing sales opportunities, supporting Global Key Account teams by managing the daily relationship in the region, and attending trade shows and industry conferences.
About You:
We require a candidate with experience in enzymes, preferably from the baking and/or baking ingredient industry. A profound interest in identifying, understanding and meeting customer needs is essential. You should possess fluency in written and oral Portuguese and English (Spanish would be beneficial), as well as an excellent team player and coworker with willingness and capability to travel ~50% throughout South America.
