The role of a Senior Key Account Professional involves creating successful relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. This position requires strategic thinking, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement client-centric programs to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new products and services.
- Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Design and execute marketing strategies to support sales objectives.
- Manage program schedules, deliveries, and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Key Account Analyst or 1+ year of experience as a Marketing/Account Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in English and Portuguese.
