As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving customer success and value across a portfolio of accounts in an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies, renewal management, and customer adoption. They will be able to negotiate favorable renewal terms, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to the business and customers that improve future outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prevent risk and drive growth through early engagement and value-driven interactions
  • Achieve financial and strategic revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and communicate renewal risk to internal resources
  • Develop win-win negotiation strategies for renewals while protecting customer trust
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer adoption and alignment with primary objectives
  • Be accountable for comprehensive adoption strategies and deliver key partner solutions
  • Serve as primary point of contact for escalation concerns
  • Collaborate with internal resources to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies
  • Evaluate portfolios and analyze usage patterns to prioritize time and render favorable outcomes
  • Follow best practices for opportunity management, data quality, CRM hygiene, quotes, and forecasting
  • Own the renewal process and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales, renewal management, account management, and/or customer success within SaaS offerings
  • Proven history of meeting key performance indicators in quota-carrying roles
  • Strong contract negotiation skills with experience driving contracts to completion on-time
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong level of urgency, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Salesforce experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey value through interactions with customers
