
Enterprise Client Success Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth. As an Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for providing consultative support to enterprise accounts, optimizing client outcomes, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
The primary functions of this role include:
1. Client Outcomes Optimization: Analyze data sources to understand portfolio-wide use cases, requirements, and success metrics. Develop recommendations to optimize client outcomes and track space performance against client success metrics.
2. Account Support: Establish and maintain proactive communication cadence with key internal stakeholders for account check-ins. Escalate account-level issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
3. Satisfaction Metrics Oversight: Own the account-level satisfaction metric of all BOB accounts and provide oversight and optimization for location-level satisfaction metrics. Assume responsibility for closing the loop on account stakeholder feedback and create remediation plans for at-risk/low satisfaction accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in a B2B environment
- 2+ years of customer success/account management experience
- 1+ year working with medium/large companies
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships across accounts and multiple stakeholders, including executive-level leaders
- Space as a Service and/or Real Estate knowledge/experience a plus
