Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Transparency Reporting Lead Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of transparency reporting programs across various sectors and functions in LATAM.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years' experience in HCC or related compliance function, with proven leadership skills and ability to analyze and consolidate data into significant quantitative analysis or reports.

They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to facilitate and implement process improvements.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting, while driving resource reduction through process and systems efficiencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of Bachelors' Degree
  • Minimum of six years' experience and proven leadership in HCC or related compliance function (HCC, Regulatory, Quality, Finance)
  • Ability to work with data and have experience analyzing and consolidating data into significant quantitative analysis or reports
  • Ability to lead projects and prioritize tasks of varying size, value, and complexity
  • Ability to facilitate and implement process improvements
  • Ability to communicate effectively

This role requires a partner with a focus on continuous improvement, vigilance, and the skills to identify innovative ways to stay in sync with the Transparency requirements in the Region by partnering across functional areas such as Information Technology, Procurement, Privacy, Legal, Government Affairs etc.

In addition, this role requires strong partnership and influencing with external stakeholders, such as industry associations and regulatory bodies.
