The LATAM Transparency Reporting Lead Analyst will partner with key stakeholders to ensure the development, implementation and execution of transparency reporting program is consistent and meets all country, industry, and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather accurate data, analyze, reconcile, and prepare transparency reports and value-add reports.
- Develop a dynamic external reporting strategy to ensure accurate reporting across sectors (MedTech, Pharm) and functions (Supply Chain, R&D).
- Influence process changes to enable accurate reporting while driving efficiency through process improvements.
- Prepare internal status reports and summary metrics presentations for senior management on request.
- Lead or participate in special project teams or industry working groups related to transparency reporting.
- Promote Operational Excellence with a focus on continuous improvement and learning to drive improved data quality.
- Design and deliver training on reporting tools and processes to business partners as needed.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Minimum six years experience in HCC or related function required
Skills: Data analysis and consolidation into quantitative analysis or reports
