SAP Customer Engagement Manager

This is a critical role within Decision Group that requires a deep understanding of SAP landscapes and the ability to facilitate solutions and technical services with alignment of SAP backend support teams on the SAP RISE Platform.

The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with customers on a regular basis to provide guidance on their SAP landscape functioning and any necessary maintenance. This includes working closely with SAP IAE, CAA, TSM, and CDM teams to ensure customers have the necessary guidance and information for their SAP landscape planning.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong communication skills and the ability to present assessments and join meetings with customers. As an Engagement Manager, there is no expectation to perform hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to customers on their SAP landscape functioning and maintenance.
  • Work closely with SAP IAE, CAA, TSM, and CDM teams to ensure customer success.
  • Join meetings and present assessments to customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and the SAP RISE Platform.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
