The Role

As a Digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM), you will oversee the customer lifecycle from contract signing to delivery, focusing on SAP Cloud Customers of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services. You will work closely with Project Leads and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding
  2. Initiating digital service kick-offs for customers
  3. Contributing to customer onboarding and transitioning customers to ECS
  4. Supporting de-escalations of critical customer situations
  5. Executing technical feasibility studies and solution reviews
  6. Contributing to customer release and maintenance activities
  7. Supporting customers on technical requirements
  8. Executing problem management and continuous improvement

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field with work experience as an SAP technical consultant in a customer-facing role
  2. Excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills
  3. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis, and SAP Application
  4. Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities and cloud architecture knowledge
  5. Good understanding of ECS operations infrastructure, processes, and automation tools
