We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and objectives;
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees to meet organizational needs;
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management;
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures;
- Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve workplace issues and improve employee engagement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry;
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
