Your Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers, manage customer expectations, and contribute to full-cycle customer satisfaction feedback.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of service management activities, covering availability management, change management, configuration management, incident management, and service level management for specific services in the run phase.

- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to build relationships with peers, stakeholders, and management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Problem-solving skills
- Matrix management experience
- Excellent knowledge of service management tools and processes
Education and Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma holders with a background in telecom and IT infrastructure (server/cloud/security)
- ITIL certification desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Excel
