Job Description
As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in Portugal. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support. Your technical expertise will enable you to troubleshoot complex issues, identify trends, and provide insights to improve our platform.
Additionally, you will represent the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and suggestions with our product team to inform product roadmap decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct IT calls with customers' technical teams to configure Single Sign-On and User Provisioning
- Address queries and identify issue trends
- Build a repository of resources and become an expert on our platform
- Represent the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights with the Product team for continual improvement
We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager who possesses excellent problem-solving skills, is proficient in English and Portuguese, and has a strong background in technical troubleshooting and resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role or customer-facing role in both Portuguese & English
- Experience with SQL and experience writing SQL queries
- Zendesk, API, and SSO mandatory
- Able to resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner with tasks such as user creation, migrations, authentication
